I’m so glad to see Peter Enn’s book in this list!! I wonder, have you ever read “Razing Hell” by Sharon Baker? Or perhaps “Jesus and the Undoing of Adam” by Baxter Kruger? These are another 2 I think would fit in this list. Jus’ sayin’.
